TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Chargepod website and the supply of products and services by Chargepod, operated by Unleashed Enterprises.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. ABOUT CHARGEPOD

Chargepod is a premium corporate gifting company specialising in bespoke branded products, executive gifting, hospitality solutions, event and sponsorship gifting and premium packaging.

  2. QUOTATIONS

All quotations are provided without obligation and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on the information available at the time of quotation, including product specifications, branding requirements, quantities, packaging and delivery destination.

If any of these requirements change, Chargepod reserves the right to revise the quotation accordingly.

  3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, branding method and level of customisation required.

Our team will confirm the applicable minimum order quantity during the quotation process.

  4. ARTWORK & DESIGN APPROVAL

Digital artwork, proofs and visual mock-ups are provided for customer approval before production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including:

    • Logo and artwork
    • Logo placement
    • Colours
    • Spelling
    • Product selection
    • Branding position
    • Personalisation
    • Quantities

Production will not begin until written approval has been received.

Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, subsequent changes may incur additional costs and cause production delays.

  5. SAMPLES

For bespoke orders, Chargepod may recommend the production of a branded sample before full production.

Samples allow customers to review the product, branding, colour and finish before approving the complete order.

Sample charges may apply and will be confirmed during the quotation process.

  6. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Every Chargepod order is manufactured and customised specifically for the customer. We do not hold finished branded stock.

Our typical production and delivery timeframe is approximately 8 weeks from artwork approval to final delivery.

This process includes sample production where applicable, full manufacturing, branding, quality control, packaging and international delivery.

Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on product selection, quantity, customisation requirements, production schedules, destination, customs clearance and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is required for an event, conference, hospitality opening or other fixed date, you should advise us of the required delivery date before placing your order.

  7. PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Where an order is quoted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, applicable shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes are included within the agreed quotation.

Where DDP is not specified, any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges or other import costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  8. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be confirmed on each quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production will commence only after receipt of the agreed payment.

Late or delayed payments may affect production and delivery schedules.

  9. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to manufacturing processes, materials and specialist finishes, minor variations may occur between digital visuals, samples and final production.

    Reasonable variations may include:

    • Colour
    • Material
    • Texture
    • Print position
    • Engraving
    • Packaging
    • Product dimensions or finish

Such minor variations within normal manufacturing tolerances will not constitute a defect.

Where Pantone colour matching is requested, every reasonable effort will be made to achieve the closest possible match. Exact colour reproduction cannot always be guaranteed across different materials, manufacturing processes and branding methods.

  10. CUSTOM-BRANDED PRODUCTS

As custom-branded products are manufactured specifically to the customer’s approved requirements, orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where products are defective or incorrectly supplied.

  11. INSPECTION OF GOODS

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.

Any apparent shortages, damage or manufacturing issues should be reported to Chargepod within 7 days of delivery, together with relevant photographs or supporting information where appropriate.

We will investigate reported issues and, where appropriate, determine a suitable resolution.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks, artwork or other branding supplied to Chargepod.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
